What we process, why, and on which legal basis

• Enquiries: the name, work email, company, topic and message you enter in the contact form, the language of the page and the version of this notice you confirmed. Purpose: to reply to you and to handle investor, customer and partner requests. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
• Technical data: your IP address and request details in web-server logs, and your IP address for a few minutes to limit abusive form submissions. Purpose: security, stability and abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
• Strictly necessary storage: your language choice and your cookie choice, kept in your browser. Purpose: to remember your settings. Legal basis: legitimate interest and, where it applies, the exemption for strictly necessary storage.
• Analytics, only if you accept it: pseudonymous visit and page-view data collected by Google Analytics 4 (see the cookie policy). Purpose: to understand and improve how the site is used. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), KVKK Art. 5(1)). You can withdraw it at any time.

You are not required to provide personal data, but we cannot answer an enquiry without a name and an email address. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Who receives your data

Your enquiry is read by our management and business development team. We use service providers that process data on our behalf, such as hosting and email providers, under written data-processing terms. If you accept analytics, Google receives the analytics data described in the cookie policy. We do not sell personal data. We disclose data to public authorities only when the law requires it.

Transfers abroad

Google Analytics data may be processed by Google in the United States and other countries. We rely on the safeguards permitted by KVKK Art. 9 and GDPR Chapter V, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, and you can prevent the transfer by not accepting analytics. Enquiries may also be handled from our offices in Türkiye, Spain and the United States.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last correspondence with you, or longer where a contract or a legal obligation requires it.
• Web-server logs: up to 30 days.
• Google Analytics data: up to 14 months.
• Language and cookie choices: until you clear your browser storage.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm whether we process your data, to give you a copy, to correct it, to delete or restrict it, to stop processing that is based on our legitimate interest, and to send your data to you or to another controller in a common format. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing before it. Under KVKK Art. 11 you may also ask to learn to whom your data has been transferred, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu), or, if you live in the EU or EEA, to the data protection authority of your country.
